When did Fremtind Service become AutoSync?
As of September 1st, Fremtind Service changed its name to AutoSync and got a new look. The new name better explains who we are and what services we provide. You will keep your toll tag and continue to receive invoices in the same way as always. The only difference is that the invoice is now paid to AutoSync.

What does this mean for you as a customer?
Everything remains the same, and you don't need to do anything. You will keep the same discounts and benefits you are used to. Your agreements and customer relationship stay exactly the same. The most important thing to note is that the invoice will now come from AutoSync, not Fremtind Service.

Why are you changing your name?
We are changing our name to clearly show who we are and what we offer. We were often confused with an insurance company, and the new name avoids this. We also have many customers from other countries in Europe, so it’s important for us to have a name that works in languages other than Norwegian.

Why the name AutoSync?
We believe that the name AutoSync accurately reflects who we are and what we do. We synchronize information about your cars and agreements with toll stations and ferries throughout the Nordic region. And we do it automatically. "Auto" is also associated with "automobile," which means car in English, and is the old word for car in Norwegian.

I haven't received any information about the name change.
You will receive an email or SMS informing you that Fremtind Service is getting a new name at the same time as we send you an invoice, so you remember us. If you haven't received this, you can log in and check if we have the correct contact information for you. This will also ensure that you receive important information in the future.

Will I receive invoices the same way as before?
Yes, the only difference is that the invoice will come from AutoSync. Your Direct Debit (AvtaleGiro) and eInvoice (eFaktura) agreements will continue as before, with no changes needed from your side.

Do I need to do anything with my Direct Debit or eInvoice agreements?
No, your Direct Debit and eInvoice agreements will continue as before, without any changes required.

Do I pay to the same account number as before?
Yes, you will pay to the same bank account number as before.

Can I still manage my agreements myself?
Yes, the self-service solution is the same as before, but with a slightly new color scheme. Log in with BankID and you’ll have full access to your AutoPASS agreement just as before.

Where should I order an AutoPASS agreement?
You can order and change AutoPASS agreements just as before, but now at autoSync.no.

How do I contact AutoSync?
You can contact us the same way you contacted Fremtind Service, via chat, phone, or email. We have the same phone number as before.
