New toll tag?
Have you received an email stating that a new toll tag is on its way? Read why here.
If you have received an email about receiving a new toll tag soon, there is no need to worry. You just need to replace the one currently in your car. If you also have a ferry agreement, update it on Autopassferje.no.
The reason your toll tag needs to be replaced is that the battery's expiration date is approaching, so we are replacing the tag for you at no cost. You do not need to contact customer service; just replace the tag in your car.
As soon as you receive your new AutoSync toll tag, you must:
1. Check the package to see which vehicle the toll tag belongs to
2. Remove your old toll tag
3. Install your new toll tag
Heavy vehicles
For heavy vehicles the tag needs to be installed within 40 days from the tag change is registered in our systems.
Haven't received an email but still got a toll tag delivered?
